INDiGO HOMES MARBELLA - Michelle Lozano
One thing that defines the philosophy of INDiGO Homes Marbella, is the desire to always do my best for my clients and help realise their dreams of happiness.
I grew up in Ireland with a Spanish mother so moving to Spain at a young age was the natural step to take. To cut a long story short - a long career in real estate followed, in Gibraltar, London and the Marbella area. So…. eventually deciding to start my own company was a no-brainer, especially as I saw that since the pandemic, my clients' needs had changed.
They wanted to feel safe in their surroundings and many were making the decision to move full time to this beautiful area of the Costa del Sol to pursue their own dreams of relocating to work and live in the sunshine.
By providing a different concept to the normal way of purchasing property, I have combined my knowledge of the property market on the Costa del Sol, to provide a bespoke relocation service for remote workers from various different countries around the world.
This includes providing research on the best schools, the best neighbourhoods and the best property for each individual client and their family.

My clients are, and always will be, the most important part of my business. I help with everything that is necessary to ensure a smooth transition from the client's country to Spain. They need someone who has their best interests at heart, someone who is honest, ethical and will go that extra mile to make the whole process less stressful.
A vital part of INDiGO Homes Marbella is to ensure only the best will do for my clients. Therefore, I work with only the best in the business when it comes to properties, legal services, Golden Visa services, interior design, refurbishment and architectural services.
I sell properties from golf apartments and villas, to beach apartments and villas, luxury high end villas and apartments, new development properties, investment properties to country estates from Sotogrande to Malaga City. In fact, whatever the client is searching for that best suits their needs and lifestyle.
It is so important to me that each and every one of my clients achieves the best work and lifestyle balance that they seek. Once I see that I have helped them create that, then that for me, is pure job satisfaction.
Of course, all this is aided with the help of Zappa, my dog who takes on the role of INDiGO Homes Marbella´s mascot and host!
