INDiGO HOMES MARBELLA
Nerja is a little slice of paradise located east of Malaga on the coast known as the Costa Tropical. An area of outstanding beauty, this town, although having expanded in recent times, still retains its traditional charm. Crystal clear sea and stunning beaches make this place ideal for relocating to live and remotely work due to its easy access to the highway and to Malaga Airport. Nerja has two protected areas, the Natural Park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Alhama and Almijara and the Natural Area of the Cliffs of Maro-Cerro Gordo. Here, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, diving and water sports. Nerja also has a great Historical Heritage and was really put on the map when the Nerja Caves were discovered in 1959.These caves are nearly 5 km in size and have spectacular rock formations, archaeological sites and cave paintings. Gastronomically, Nerja has it all, outstanding restaurants from traditional Spanish cuisine to Japanese. The whitewashed village of Frigiliana is only 15 minutes from Nerja and has been voted the prettiest village in Spain. Flowers fill the balconies and the cobbled streets lead to quaint shops and restaurants. Frigiliana enjoys a very special microclimate, with the average temperature being 18 degrees celsius with mild winters and warm summers. What's not to love!
